All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Damages and Issues
We want you to love your custom memento. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at +91 8921699508 if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Once we evaluate the issue, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Requests for cancellations must be made before confirming the design draft we shared with you. Once our production team begins working on your personalized product, we can no longer cancel the order or issue a refund.
