At Fotoloom, we take pride in our fast turnaround. Because our products are personalized, we work closely with you to ensure the design is perfect before it leaves our studio.

1. Our Design & Dispatch Process

Same-Day Design Draft: If you place your order on a working day, we will share the design draft with you for approval on that same day.
Next-Day Shipment: Once you confirm the design draft, your order is processed and handed over to our shipping partners on the very next working day.
Our Guarantee: We guarantee that your order will be shipped on time from our side according to this schedule.

2. Our Shipping Partners

To provide the best coverage, we partner with multiple reliable couriers:

DTDC
Speed Post
Delhivery
Ekart

Note for Kerala Customers: DTDC is typically our fastest option for deliveries within Kerala; however, please be aware that DTDC often requires the customer to collect the parcel from their nearest branch as they may not offer doorstep delivery in all areas.

3. Delivery Timelines & Tracking

No Assured Delivery Dates: While we guarantee timely shipment from our facility, we cannot assure specific delivery dates. Once the package is with the courier, the delivery timeline is completely dependent on the shipping company’s operations.
Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

4. Shipping Limitations

Fotoloom is not responsible for:

Delays caused by the courier service, weather, or regional disruptions.
Items not collected from courier points (specifically regarding DTDC services).
Delays due to incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.
